Email support@getmarci.ai for anything at all. Something broken, something confusing, a feature you wish existed, or a question about your data.
It helps to tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot is worth a paragraph. If you can find it, your Marci version is at the bottom of the Profile tab.
Report abuse or objectionable content
Marci has shared spaces, and shared spaces occasionally go wrong. If someone sends something abusive, threatening, or otherwise objectionable, report it to abuse@getmarci.ai.
We review every report within 24 hours and act on it: removing content, and suspending or removing accounts where that is warranted.
You can also handle it yourself, immediately. Press and hold any message to report it, and block a person from the member list of the space you share. Blocking takes effect right away and stops their messages and notifications reaching you.
Common questions
How do I delete my account?
Profile, then Delete account. It removes your account and the data attached to it, including your conversations, memories, apps and connected-service data. If you signed in with Apple, we also tell Apple to drop the link between your Apple ID and Marci.
Deletion is permanent and we cannot undo it. If you would like a copy of your data first, email us before you delete.
What happens to what I tell Marci?
Your messages, and anything you share with them, are sent to third-party AI providers so Marci can answer and build things for you. Marci tells you this and asks before anything is sent. The full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
How do I disconnect an account I linked?
Profile, then the connection you want gone. Disconnecting stops any further sync straight away.
Marci needs an invite code
Marci is invite-only while it is early. Ask whoever told you about it for one of their codes, or join the waitlist and we will send you one.
I cannot sign in
Check that you are using the same method you signed up with, Apple or Google. If it still will not let you through, email support@getmarci.ai with the email address you expect to be on the account and we will sort it out.
